Shipping and Delivery

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS on the same business day if the order is received by 10:00 am E.S.T. For Expedited shipments, please contact us directly for Air and Truck options.

TAXES

Any sales, use, consumption, or other similar tax applicable to the sales shall be added to your total price at time of checkout for the state of Florida unless you provide a resale certificate.

PRICE AND ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by the company. If your order for whatever reason is not acceptable or cannot be fulfilled, we will refund your purchase. We will make every attempt to contact you by phone or email to go over your options. We strive to fulfill every order in a timely, professional manner.

RETURNS

Summit Collars offers a 14 day return policy. For a hassle-free return of all US orders, please contact us before returning at 772-242-5439 or info@summitcollars.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping cost plus up to a 20% restocking fee may also apply. In the rare case where Summit Collars has shipped an item in error, we will pay return shipping costs. Please contact Summit Collars and Industrial Supply immediately with any problems or concerns. Items must be received in the same condition they were received. Special orders or orders for non-stocked items may not be returnable.
