Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: Orders placed before 10:00 am EST on business days are typically shipped the same day via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping options, such as Air and Truck delivery, are available upon request.
Taxes: Applicable sales, use, consumption, or other similar taxes will be charged as per Florida state regulations unless a resale certificate is provided at checkout.
Price and Acceptance
Order Acceptance: All orders are processed subject to acceptance by our company. Should we be unable to fulfill an order, we will issue a refund and contact the customer to discuss alternative options.
Returns
Return Window: A 14-day return policy applies to all orders. Contact our support team prior to returning an item to ensure a hassle-free process. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. The buyer covers return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 20%, along with the original shipping cost, may apply. In our error, we cover return shipping costs. Special orders or non-stocked items may not be returnable.
